Payment Options
Cash and Interac e-Transfer (autodeposit) only — we do not accept credit or debit cards. Card companies charge commissions as high as 3.5% of every payment, and skipping them keeps our prices low for you.
Pickup or Shipping
Free pickup at our Ajax location. Need it shipped? We ship anywhere — shipping charges are added to your order and confirmed with you first.
Eco Packaging
To keep costs — and prices — low, we reuse clean, sturdy boxes (Amazon and other packaging) when sending parcels. It saves money and is kinder to the planet.
Final Sale & Defects
All items are final sale — no returns or exchanges. There is no free-return policy on delivered items; if a return is ever agreed, the customer pays the return shipping. If an item has a defect, tell us within 7 days and we will exchange it.
